Bana Envirotech Pvt. Ltd, Pune, brings over 30 years of project engineering expertise in water treatment, environmental protection, and bottled water production in India. It has set up more than 40 bottled water plants and supported many clients in achieving strong market share through technical and marketing guidance. The company is now launching premium bottled water in eco-friendly glass bottles from its new state-of-the-art plant at Chordia Industrial Park, Shirwal.

Bana Natural Mineral Water is drawn from ancient aquifers beneath the Sahyadris-formed over 60 million years ago by monumental volcanic forces. Naturally filtered through layers of basalt, Bana offers mineral-rich purity and a smooth taste. Bottled in eco-conscious glass, it's more than hydration-it's a sip of geological heritage!

With over 25 years of expertise in marketing and project management, Dr. Balajith Shetty has successfully executed projects across India, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Dr. Shetty brings extensive knowledge in water treatment and water bottling, making him a recognized authority in the field. His pioneering work has led to the establishment of more than 40 bottled water plants across India, setting benchmarks for quality and sustainability.

In recognition of his contributions to innovation, he was awarded the prestigious Leaders in Innovation Fellowship by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE), London, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.

As custodians of this pristine environment, we feel it is our profound duty to ensure its protection for generations to come.

A Sip of Geological Heritage

The science of Bana Natural Mineral Water happens deep below the surface. Our water begins as pure monsoon rain, which then percolates slowly through 350 feet of unique, age-old basalt layers of our Estate. This natural, slow filtration, through strata formed by monumental volcanic forces over 60 million years ago, enriches the water with rare minerals and imbues it with its signature smoothness. Nothing is added or changed; the water remains untouched underground until it reaches our bottling plant on the Estate, bottled in the same pristine state as when it first reached the protected aquifer.

Right from our aquifers

STAGE 1

Pure monsoon rain, originating from faraway oceans, falls onto the lush, protected foothills of the Sahyadri mountains and begins its ancient, multi-millennia journey to our aquifer.
